Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has amended the appointments to the Commerce Commission of:

Susan (Sue) Janice Begg

as an Associate Member, to add that this appointment is also in respect of matters arising under the Water Services Economic Efficiency and Consumer Protection Act 2023, commencing on 8 September 2023 and ending on 31 December 2023, and of:

Loretta Te Iriwaho Lovell

as an Associate Member, to add that this appointment is also in respect of matters arising under the Water Services Economic Efficiency and Consumer Protection Act 2023, commencing on 8 September 2023 and ending on 30 May 2028, and of:

Nathan Gary Kendel Strong

as an Associate Member, to add that this appointment is also in respect of matters arising under the Water Services Entities Act 2022 and the Water Services Economic Efficiency and Consumer Protection Act 2023, commencing on 8 September 2023 and ending on 27 August 2027.

This notice shall be read together with the Appointment of Associate Member to the Commerce Commission (New Zealand Gazette, 12 June 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2458), Appointment of Associate Member to the Commerce Commission (New Zealand Gazette, 30 May 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2259) and Appointment of Associate Member to the Commerce Commission (New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 2022, Notice No. 2022-go2627).
