Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed:

Nathan Gary Kendel Strong, of Hawke’s Bay

as an Associate Member of the Commerce Commission, for a term commencing on 29 August 2022 and ending on 27 August 2027, in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Fair Trading Act 1986, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003, Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, Telecommunications Act 2001, and Fuel Industry Act 2020.
