Revocation of Director-General Notices Under the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order (No 2) 2020

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 2 November 2021, Notice No. 2021-go4737) pursuant to clause 27A of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order (No 2) 2020 relating to “Exemption of Persons from Pre-departure Testing Requirements Before Arriving in New Zealand by Air” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 17 January 2022, Notice No. 2022-go126) pursuant to clause 27A of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order (No 2) 2020 relating to “Exemption of Persons from Clause 8(2B)(a)(i)” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 2 February 2021, Notice No. 2021-go364) pursuant to the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order (No 2) 2020 relating to “Corrigendum—Revocation and Replacement—Specification of Appropriate Evidence Relating to a COVID-19 Test” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 22 January 2021, Notice No. 2021-go205) pursuant to clause 4 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order (No 2) 2020 relating to “Designation of Specified Places” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 9 July 2021, Notice No. 2021-go2830) pursuant to clause 27A of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order (No 2) 2020 relating to “Designation of Higher-risk Routes” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 19 August 2021, Notice No. 2021-go3543) pursuant to clause 27A of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order (No 2) 2020 relating to “Exemption of Persons from Clause 8(2B)” is revoked.
