Revocation of Director-General Notices Pursuant to Clause 30 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Self-isolation Requirements and Permitted Work) Order 2022

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 11 August 2022, Notice No. 2022-go3008) pursuant to clause 30 and clause 11 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Self-isolation Requirements and Permitted Work) Order 2022 relating to “Testing and Reporting – Relevant Persons” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 23 May 2022, Notice No. 2022-go1948) pursuant to clause 30 and clause 5 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Self-isolation Requirements and Permitted Work) Order 2022 relating to “Definition of Distribution Centre” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 23 May 2022, Notice No. 2022-go1949) pursuant to clause 30 and clause 17(a)(iii) of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Self-isolation Requirements and Permitted Work) Order 2022 relating to “Other Permitted Means of Travel to Undertake Permitted Work” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 17 May 2022, Notice No. 2022-go1577) pursuant to clause 30 and clause 5 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Self-isolation Requirements and Permitted Work) Order 2022 relating to “Definition of Face Covering” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 23 May 2022, Notice No. 2022-go1928) pursuant to clause 30 and clause 24(3)(a) of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Self-isolation Requirements and Permitted Work) Order 2022 relating to “Exceptions from Requirement to Provide Authorisation Letter to Critical Workers” is revoked.

The Director-General Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 23 May 2022, Notice No. 2022-go1950) pursuant to clause 30 and clause 13(4)(a)(iii) of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Self-isolation Requirements and Permitted Work) Order 2022 relating to “Other Permitted Means of Travel for Essential Permitted Movements” is revoked.
