Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Grey District Council hereby revokes the notice of intention to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 November 2019, Notice No. 2019-ln5210 and the Greymouth Star on 2 June 2018.

Schedule

The Land is located at Hilton Street, Stafford Street and Hart Street, Blackball.
