I, Paul David James, Secretary for Internal Affairs, give notice that the minimum standard Gambling (Casino Mandatory Account Based Play) Minimum Standard has been made pursuant to section 327 of the Gambling Act 2003. 

This standard will take effect on 19 May 2025.

The previous version titled Gambling Act (Casino Mandatory Account Based Play) Minimum Standard (New Zealand Gazette, 23 April 2025, Notice No. 2025-sl2178) is revoked.

This instrument is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by the Department of Internal Affairs.
