I, Hoani Jeremy Lambert, Acting Secretary for Internal Affairs, give notice that the minimum standard Gambling Act (Casino Mandatory Account Based Play) Minimum Standard 2025 has been made pursuant to section 327 of the Gambling Act 2003.

This standard will take effect on 1 May 2025.

This instrument is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by the Department of Internal Affairs.
