Amending Notice “Land Declared Road and Land Taken as Severance and Vested—Nukumaru Station Road, Waverley, South Taranaki and Whanganui Districts”

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981,and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sophie Watkins Goosens, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 11 July 2024, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 July 2024, 2024-ln3472 by:

deleting the land ninthly described in the First schedule to that notice and replacing it with the land described in the First Schedule to this notice; and
deleting the Second Schedule to that notice and replacing it with the Second Schedule to this notice.
