Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natasha Wall, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

  1. Pursuant to section 114 the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared road and vested in South Taranaki District Council; and
  2. Pursuant to section 119 the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is taken as severance and vested in Longview Limited and amalgamated with the balance of the land in Record of Title 587524 subject to Mortgage 9957312.8; and
  3. Pursuant to section 119 the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice is taken as severance and vested in Longview Limited, and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 53873, subject to Mortgage 12464019.4; and
  4. Pursuant to section 119 the land described in the Fourth Schedule is taken as severance and vested in South Taranaki District Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
