Declaration Land Held for Conservation Purposes and Revocation of Specially Protected Areas Being Part Victoria Conservation Park and Part Big River Ecological Area

Pursuant to section 7(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the undersigned declares that the land described in the First Schedule below is held for conservation purposes. Further, pursuant to section 18(7) of the Conservation Act 1987, the undersigned revokes the declaration as conservation park and/or ecological area over the land described in the Second Schedule below.
