Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Martin Carter, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated 30 April 2025, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 April 2025, Notice No. 2025-ln2347, by:

1. deleting reference to Record of Title 504153 in Recital (d) of the notice and replacing it with Record of Title 504154
2. deleting reference to Record of Title 504154 in Recital (e) of the notice and replacing it with Record of Title 504153

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
