Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Martin Carter, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to sections 20 and 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and agreements to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby to be road and shall vest in the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council,
2. Pursuant to section 116 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3) amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 504153,
3. Pursuant to section 116 declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3) amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 504154,
4. Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 504153 and
5. Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 504154

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
