Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule 22 to the Education and Training Act 2020 (“Act”), I hereby revoke the notice of an Alternative Constitution for the Board of Trustees of Wairau Valley School (3062), as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 May 2015, Notice No. 2015-go2475.

The current board will remain in place until the day the elected board members take office following an election held in accordance with the Education (Board Elections) Regulations 2022.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
