In the notice with the above heading, dated 19 September 2025 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 September 2025, Notice No. 2025-go5324, please replace:

“I, Dana McDonald, acting under delegation from the Chief Executive, hereby determine the working hours of Customs as per section 440 of the Customs and Excise Act 2018 at the airport operated by Hamilton International Airport Limited as follows”

with

“I, Dana McDonald, acting under delegation from the Chief Executive, hereby determine the working hours of Customs as per section 440 of the Customs and Excise Act 2018 at the airport operated by Waikato Regional Airport Limited as follows”

Please also replace:

“This determination is effective from 29 September 2025 until 28 March 2026, unless earlier revoked or amended.”

with

“This determination is effective from 28 September 2025 until 4 April 2026, unless earlier revoked or amended. This determination revokes and replaces the Determination of Working Hours notice dated 10 June 2025 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 June 2025, Notice No. 2025-go3172.”
