I, Dana McDonald, acting under delegation from the Chief Executive, hereby determine the working hours of Customs as per section 440 of the Customs and Excise Act 2018 at the airport operated by Hamilton International Airport Limited as follows.

Notes:

1. All times are expressed in 24-hour format;
2. For the avoidance of doubt, a day may have working hours determined as ‘nil’ but the period of 2300 to midnight on that day may form part of the determination of the working hours for the following day.

This determination is effective from 29 September 2025 until 28 March 2026, unless earlier revoked or amended.
