Pursuant to section 120 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the Associate Minister of Health as per her delegation has reappointed for terms of office commencing on 29 September 2025:

Matiu Taingahue as a health practitioner member for a three-year term commencing on 29 September 2025 and ending on 28 September 2028.

Rebecca Mowat as a health practitioner member for a three-year term commencing on 28 November 2025 and ending on 27 November 2028.

Susan (Sue) Kedgley as a lay member for a two-year term commencing on 28 November 2025 and ending on 27 November 2027.

Laurence Fauatea as a lay member for a three-year term commencing on 29 September 2025 and ending 28 September 2028.

This notice also outlines my intention to make the following new appointments to the Council for two-year terms of office commencing on 29 September 2025 and ending on 28 September 2027.

Iain (Dex) Dexter as a health practitioner member.
