Easement: Right of way easement over part Lot 1 DP 22168 marked A and B on DP 97728 in Record of Title NA49C/758 (“burdened land”) owned by Guardian Retail 405 Limited, for the benefit of Lot 2 DP 556337 in Record of Title 1039375 owned by Magnolia Property Holdings Limited, and Lot 100 DP 556337 in Record of Title 1039376 owned by Magnolia Property Holdings Limited.

Circumstances: The easement has been separated from the burdened land by the subdivision of DP 556337.
