Pursuant, to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, hereby:

1. pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, sets apart the land described in the Schedule to this notice for fire and emergency purposes; and
2. pursuant sections 20 and 50 Public Works Act 1981 and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, transfers the land in the Schedule to this notice to Fire and Emergency New Zealand for fire and emergency purposes on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
