Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and acting under the delegated authority from the Minister of Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 19 April 2024 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 April 2024, Notice No. 2024-ln1834, by deleting the words:

a. “Section 3 Survey Office Plan 553747” from the First Schedule of that notice and replacing them with the words “Section 3 Survey Office Plan 553474”.

and

b. “Section 1 Survey Office Plan 553747” from the Second Schedule of that notice and replacing them with the words “Section 1 Survey Office Plan 553474”.
