Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sophie Watkins Goossens, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 20 and an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and shall vest in the New Plymouth District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land described in the First Schedule of this notice to be acquired for and to be road and, shall remain vested in the New Plymouth District Council; and
3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land held in Record of Title 382124 subject to existing encumbrances and mortgage 9824780.3

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
