Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Szi Ming Lee, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 13 January 2023, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 January 2023, Notice No. 2023-ln191, by:

1. adding the words “and shall vest in Selwyn District Council” to paragraph a. of the notice
2. removing the words “and shall vest in Selwyn District Council” from paragraphs b. and c. of the notice.
