in the preamble, replace

“The official names took effect on 17 February 2011.”

with

“The official geographic name took effect on 24 February 2011, in accordance with section 69 of the Settlement Act 2010, and the official Crown Protected Area names took effect on the settlement date of 4 February 2011, in accordance with section 18 of the Settlement Act 2010.”
