Further to the Notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 December 2024, Notice No. 2024-go6317, the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage hereby gives notice that as from 1 December 2024:

Subsequent to Copyright Licensing Limited’s request, and pursuant to section 23(1)(b) of the Resale Right for Visual Artists Act 2023, Copyright Licensing Limited’s appointment as the collection agency is revoked; and pursuant to section 22(2) of the Resale Right for Visual Artists Act 2023, Resale Royalties Aotearoa Limited is appointed as the collection agency.
