Pursuant to section 88 of the Substance Addiction (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 2017, I, Dr John Crawshaw, Director of Addiction Services, issue the following notice, effective immediately.

1. This notice shall be read together with the Appointment of Directors of Area Addiction Services Notice 2017 (New Zealand Gazette, 6 November 2027, Notice No. 2017-go5848) and Appointment of Director of Area Addiction Services Notice 2024 (New Zealand Gazette, 27 September 2024, Notice No. 2024-go4931).
2. The Schedule of the principal notice is amended in respect of “Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Taranaki”
1. by omitting the name and title
   “Andrew Darby, Consultant Psychiatrist, of Hamilton”
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Sharat Shetty, Consultant Psychiatrist, of Taranaki”
