Pursuant to Regulation 17(4) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 June 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Oak Tree Home Care Limited, in respect of Oak Tree Home Care A3 (46614) situated at Suite 2.7/72 Dominion Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
