Notice is hereby given that the provisional licence granted to Claren Hansen in respect of Oak Tree Home Care A3 (46614), situated at Suite 2.7/72 Dominion Road, Mt Eden, Auckland, was cancelled on 15 June 2017 by the Secretary of Education, pursuant to Regulation 17(4) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008.
