Amendment to Direction to Earthquake Commission relating to on-sold properties

Pursuant to section 115(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and in accordance with section 12 of the Earthquake Commission Act 1993:

1. The Direction to the Earthquake Commission dated 7 October 2019, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2019, Notice No. 2019-go4839 (relating to on-sold properties) (“Direction”) is amended by removing the following text:
   “5. This direction expires on 14 August 2024, unless revoked earlier.”
2. All other parts of the Direction are unchanged and remain in effect.
