Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998, the New Zealand Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

1. Title and Commencement

This bylaw is the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2023/011 and will come into force on 30 April 2024.

2. Amendments

The New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14* is hereby amended by:

• Amending line 33 in Schedule 2, Part D(a) to read:

This note is not part of the bylaw but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This bylaw will come into force on 30 April 2024 and will amend the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14*.
