Notice of Exemptions From the Maritime Rules
Pursuant to section 40AA(1)(a) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the following exemptions from the Maritime and Marine Protection Rules during the period 1 March 2024 to 10 April 2024 inclusive.
