Pursuant to sections 452 and 452D of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, Maritime New Zealand gives notice that the following Maritime Transport Instruments incorporate the following material by reference and come into force at the same time as the applicable transport instrument that references the material comes into force:

Maritime Transport (Fire Safety Measures For Vessels Of 60 Metres In Length Or More) Instrument MTI-404.130-1, made on 17 March 2023 and notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 March 2023, Notice No. 2023-sl1253, incorporates the following material by reference

The material incorporated by reference described above is available for inspection free of charge by appointment at the Maritime New Zealand office, Level 11, 1 Grey Street, Wellington, during office hours.
