Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 November 2015, Issue No. 128, Notice No. 2015-go6948, of Invercargill Airport (located at Airport Avenue, Invercargill and operated by Invercargill Airport Limited CN: 606865), as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Invercargill Airport is able to receive the following craft:

  • Commercial, Chartered or Private Aircraft (≤25 SEATS)

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

  • Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38–42 Bowen Street, Wellington.
