Approval of Invercargill Airport as a Place of First Arrival (Notice No. MPI 576)
Under section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, being satisfied that the provisions of section 37(1) of the Act are being met, I approve Invercargill Airport, the main airport in Invercargill and operated as a place of first arrival, to receive the following craft:
Charter, commercial and private aircraft not exceeding 14 passengers and crew
that are able to discharge the following cargo types:
A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.
