Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 October 2013, No. 137, page 3744 of Chelsea Port (located at Colonial Road, Auckland and operated by New Zealand Sugar Company Limited CN: 91943), as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Chelsea Port is able to receive the following craft:

• Commercial Vessels

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Bulk Cargo (non-approved systems)
• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38–42 Bowen Street, Wellington.
