Pursuant to section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice is given that New Zealand Sugar Company Limited, located
at the Port of Chelsea, Auckland, was approved
on 27 September 2013 as a place of first arrival into
New Zealand for the arrival of craft.
The approval is limited to the arrival of bulk cargo craft for the purpose of discharging bulk cargo only.
This approval does not include arrival of other types
of craft (general cargo; naval/military; passenger; pleasure
craft (ie yachts); project vessels (project, dredge, fishing); or tankers) or for discharging other types of goods (bulk liquids; containers; fresh produce; general cargo; live animals; passengers, crew and baggage, and vehicles and machinery).
