Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager to the Te Aroha College (116) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 October 2021, Notice No. 2021-go4457) and amendment notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 December 2021, Notice No. 2021-go5426).

This notice takes effect on date of publication.
