COVID-19 Public Health Response (Authorisation of COVID-19 Orders) Notice (No 2) 2022
This notice is made by the Prime Minister under section 8(c) of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 after being satisfied that there is a risk of an outbreak or the spread of COVID-19.
This notice is the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Authorisation of COVID-19 Orders) Notice (No 2) 2022.
This notice comes into force on 20 December 2022.

The Prime Minister authorises the use of COVID-19 orders under the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 in relation to the following matters:
This notice expires on 28 February 2023.
The COVID-19 Public Health Response (Authorisation of COVID-19 Orders) Notice 2022 (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 October 2022, Notice No. 2022-sl4494) is revoked.

By this notice, the Prime Minister authorises the use of orders made under the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 (“Act”) in relation to the following matters:
This notice revokes the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Authorisation of COVID-19 Orders) Notice 2022, which authorised the same use of orders under the Act. This notice comes into force on 20 December 2022 and will expire on 28 February 2023.
This notice is made by the Prime Minister after being satisfied that there is a risk of an outbreak or the spread of COVID-19.
The notice is one way in which the prerequisites for making a COVID-19 order under the Act can be satisfied.
