COVID-19 Public Health Response (Authorisation of COVID-19 Orders) Notice 2022
This notice is made by the Prime Minister under section 8(c) of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 after being satisfied that there is a risk of an outbreak or the spread of COVID-19.
This notice is the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Authorisation of COVID-19 Orders) Notice 2022.
This notice comes into force at 11.59pm on 19 October 2022.
In this notice,—
COVID-19 case means a person who has returned a positive COVID-19 result
health service means any of the following:

The Prime Minister authorises the use of COVID-19 orders under the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 in relation to the following matters:
This notice expires on 20 January 2023.
