Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

1. Title and commencement—This bylaw is the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2022/003 and will come into force 28 days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Amendments—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14⃰ is hereby amended by:

  • Inserting line 94A in Schedule 12, Part G to read:
    “Line No.: 94A
    SH No.: 2
    Locality: Masterton
    From (Road): South belt
    To (Road): 240m west of South belt
    Route Position: 02-883/4.620
    Direction of travel: Westbound
    Side of Road: Both sides
    Restriction: No Stopping
    Time period: At all times.

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the bylaw but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This bylaw, which comes into force on and from 28 days from date of publication, amends the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14.
