Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Matthew Bradley, Manager Land and Property, Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the notice dated 2 June 2022, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 June 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln2234, by:

1. Deleting “Lot 8 DP 47230 CB26B/296” from Schedule 3
2. Adding “Lot 64 DP 51243 CB29K/1051” to Schedule 3
3. Adding “Land Covenant in Transfer 691574.1 for the benefit of Lot 63 DP 51243” to Schedule 6.
