Pursuant to the Greater Christchurch Regeneration Act 2016, and a delegation from the Minister for Greater Christchurch Regeneration, I, Matthew Bradley, Manager Land and Property, Crown Property, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amend the notice dated 2 June 2022, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 June 2022, Notice No. 2022-ln2234, by adding the following interests to Schedule 6:

Land Covenant in Transfer 660459.5 for the benefit of Lots 39 and 40 DP 50822 only.

Land Covenant in Transfer 691574.1 for the benefit of Lots 41 to 47 and Lots 50 to 62 DP 51243 only.
