Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager to the Shirley Intermediate (3503) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 2019, Notice No. 2019-go5915).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
