Section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(b) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, being satisfied that the provisions of section 37(1) of the Act are no longer being met, I revoke the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 March 2008, No. 1623, page 1855, of New Zealand Refining Company Limited Marsden Point Cargo Terminal (located at Marsden Point, Whangärei), as a place of first arrival.

Note: Please see the Notice No. MPI 1473 approving Marsden Point Marine Terminal as a Place of First Arrival.
