Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and under delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby amends the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 December 2020, Notice No. 2020-In5516, by deleting the following from the Schedule:

“15968 Section 1 SO 64551”

and substituting it with:

“2760 shown as Areas A, C, E, F and G on SO 64551”
