Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby gives notice that the lands described in the Schedule to this notice are declared to be reserves for the reserve purposes specified in the Schedule, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
