Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Sanket Palshikar, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 1 February 2021 declaring land for road and road to be stopped and amalgamated published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 March 2021, Notice No. 2021-ln893 that a. is replaced with:

1. pursuant to section 114, declaring as road that portion of land described in the First Schedule hereto and vested in the Clutha District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
