Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand:

1. pursuant to section 114, declaring as road that portion of land described in the First Schedule hereto.
2. pursuant to sections 116 and 117, to the stopping of that portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the adjoining land in Record of Title OT378/183 subject to existing encumbrances.
