Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager to the Ngata Memorial College (206) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 March 2015, Issue No. 26, Notice No. 2015-go1623 and amended by the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 June 2017, Issue No. 69, Notice No. 2017-go3295, and amended again by the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 March 2019, Notice No. 2019-go1073 and further amended by the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 April 2020, Notice No. 2020-go1413).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
