Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager to the Mt Aspiring College (533) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 May 2020, Notice No. 2020-go2241).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
