Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathon Wright, Land Information New Zealand, declares;

1. Pursuant to section 114(1), the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Grey District Council and;
2. Pursuant to section 116(1), the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117(3), for the land to be vested in Hochstetter Holdings Limited and amalgamated with the land in RT WS5D/363 subject to Mortgage 10216618.4 and;
3. Pursuant to section 116(1), the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117(3), for the land to be vested in Nelson Creek Plantation Limited and amalgamated with the land in RT WS1B/1442.
4. Pursuant to section 119(1) and (2), the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be acquired as severance and vested in the Grey District Council and further, pursuant to section 117(7), that it be added to the adjoining Crown land reserved from sale administered under the Conservation Act 1987.
