Pursuant to the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2017, Auckland Transport gives notice that an emergency speed limit has been set.

1. The details of the emergency speed limit and where they apply are set out in columns A, B, C and D of the table in the Schedule below.
2. This speed limit comes into force on and from 19 May 2020.
3. This speed limit is a variation to the original emergency speed limit set on Oteha Valley Road as outlined in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 May 2020, Notice No. 2020-go1937. This new emergency speed limit is considered to be safe and appropriate in the circumstances of COVID-19.
